ERC TRACKING SERVICE
What is ERC TRACKING
We use our access to the IRS database to see the latest information about your ERC claim. This includes status updates from the IRS, such as whether your ERC is denied or there is no update from the IRS. We also track your approved refund amount, any interest added by the IRS, and when your refund check is scheduled to be mailed.
We send you regular updates by email so you always know the status of your claim. You no longer have to wait or wonder if the IRS has sent you a notification. Sometimes your claim is approved and a check is mailed, but you don’t know it yet—we let you know right away and help if there are any problems with receiving your check. (You can learn more on our Check Recovery page.) If your claim is still being reviewed, we keep you informed about what the IRS has done so far. This way, you always know where your refund stands without having to call or wait on hold with the IRS.
What You Receive with ERC Tracking

Exact refund amounts approved by the IRS
Any interest added to your refund
Dates when your refund check is expected to be mailed
Alerts if your check is returned to the IRS
Why tracking matters
Without tracking, you won’t know what the IRS is doing with your claim. The IRS rarely sends updates, so your refund could be approved and mailed (often to the wrong address) without your knowledge. If your check is lost, delayed, or returned, you might not find out until it’s too late.
Important reasons to use tracking include:
IRS deadlines are strict—missing them can cause you to lose your entire ERC refund
Even approved refunds can be delayed or lost if problems aren’t caught and fixed on time
You get timely alerts to respond quickly and avoid losing your refund
You save time and avoid frustration from calling the IRS for status updates on ERC approval
Tracking helps you protect your refund by keeping you informed and able to act before deadlines pass.
